Rules

Reelbid is a public leaderboard for short videos. You pay to sit above everyone who paid less. That is the whole mechanic. No ads, no notifications, no messages, no login, no signup.

Every submission is checked against the Rules before it goes on the board. If it is not published, you are refunded in full. See What this board does not carry and What happens to your money. Last updated September 16, 2026.

What you are buying

You are buying one thing: a position on a public leaderboard, and the visibility that comes with it. Nothing else is on offer. There is no prize, no winnings, no payout for the top row, no cash value and nothing to redeem. No money ever comes back to you except a refund of your own payment for a reel we did not publish. Nothing here is decided by chance. This is not gambling, not betting, not a lottery, not a competition and not an investment.

Nobody bids against you for one item. Your amount is yours and stays recorded against your reel. When someone pays more, you drop a place — you do not lose your listing, and nothing is returned to anyone.

The boards

One payment ranks you on every board that includes that spend.

  • All-time — everything ever paid toward that listing. It does not expire.
  • Today — what you spent since midnight UTC. It resets when the next day starts.
  • Daily — one board per UTC day since September 16, 2026. Past days freeze as an archive.
  • Every listing also sits on exactly one platform board — Reels, TikTok, Shorts or Other. The platform is read from your link, so it cannot be miscategorised. Browse them.

How rank works

  • New listings are whole US dollars, $5 minimum, $999,999 maximum.
  • Taking #1 costs at least $1 more than the current #1. Paying less still puts you on the board, at whatever rank that amount reaches.
  • Equal amounts keep the order they arrived in. The older listing stays higher.
  • Already listed? Enter the same link again to raise it. The new amount must be at least $1 above your current one, and checkout charges only the difference. Nobody else can take your rank by paying that difference.
  • A position can always be taken by paying more, and can never be taken by paying less. There is no other way onto this board, and none for us either.

What you can list

  • One reel: a single TikTok, YouTube Short, Instagram Reel, or short video.
  • Not a profile, channel or feed. The board ranks videos, not accounts.
  • Not a chat or invite link — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal and the like.
  • Not a link shortener. If you submit one it is replaced by the URL it redirects to.
  • Query strings are stripped, so affiliate and tracking links will not work.

What this board does not carry

Every submission is checked against the Rules before it goes on the board. If it is not published, you are refunded in full. These rules are about the whole of what you link to — the video, its caption or title, the account it is posted from, and the page the link lands on — not only the words you type. Submitting a reel is your statement that it is none of the things below.

  • Sexual or nude content, and links to adult platforms.
  • Abuse, harassment, threats or slurs aimed at a person or a group.
  • Gambling and betting of any kind — casino, rummy, fantasy sports, odds, tipsters.
  • Money laundering, money-mule work, fake-returns and investment schemes, and anything else that moves criminal money.
  • Terrorism and extremist violence, including praise for either and recruitment.
  • Anything involving a child in a sexual or exploitative way.
  • Doxxing, and lies about health or money that are likely to cost somebody real harm.
  • Anything illegal to sell or share, and anything that infringes somebody else's rights.
  • Reels you do not own and are not allowed to represent.
  • Automated submission, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or any attempt to move your rank other than by paying.

Opinion is welcome here. Politics, party affiliation, religion, fandom, praise and hard criticism of public figures and their work are all allowed, and none of them is a reason to refuse a submission. What matters is the kind of claim a reel makes, never the side it takes. Blocking an opinion is a fault in this system, not a safe default, and we treat it as one.

What happens to your money

Your card is charged before the reel goes on the board, so there are exactly three positions your money can be in. Your receipt, your status page and the Terms say this in the same words, from one file, so there is nothing to reconcile.

  • In review — held, not yet earned. Your payment is recorded against the listing and decides its rank once it is published. We have not earned it while the listing is in the queue, and if it is never published every payment made toward it is refunded in full.
  • Rejected — refunded in full. Every payment made toward a reel we do not publish goes back to the payment method you used. You do not have to ask, and nothing is deducted. The refund is recorded the moment the decision is taken and paid out by hand, so give it a few days.
  • Published — not refundable. A published placement is the thing you bought. Being outranked later is not a refund, and neither is changing your mind.
  • One exception. We can restrict a listing instead of rejecting it: off every board, payment kept, and a top-up does not bring it back. That is for somebody abusing the board, not for a reel that simply did not pass. The Terms set out both.

After you pay

  • Your amount is recorded straight away and decides your position once the listing is published.
  • Raising a reel that is already live does not send it back to the queue.
  • Your receipt carries a tracking id. It is the only way back to your submission — no login, no account, no email — so keep it. If you disagree with a decision, the Terms say how to contest it.
  • If a destination turns bad after publication we can switch its outbound link off and leave the row where it is.
  • Paying means you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
