Grievance & Content Complaints

Tell us about a listing that is unlawful, breaks the Rules, or is about you. No account, no payment, no fee.

1. Who to write to

Complaints about reelbid.lol go to our Grievance Officer. You do not have to be the person a listing is about.

  • Name: Ubbala Eswaramma
  • Designation: Grievance Officer
  • Email: selfbidsupport.lol@gmail.com
  • Post: Ubbala Eswaramma, Veksa, Saradanagar 5th Lane, Door No. 20-480, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh 531116, India

2. What to send

One complaint per listing. If something is missing we ask for it. Nothing is refused for being incomplete.

  • The link to the listing here. Its page on this board, not only the reel. A screenshot is not enough, because positions move.
  • What is wrong with it. A complaint can be about the video, its caption or title, the account it is posted from, or the page the link lands on. Say which, and quote or time-stamp the part you mean.
  • Who you are. Whether the listing is about you, or you act for the creator, the brand or the rights holder it names.
  • Any proof you have. The original video, the real account being impersonated, or the registration or ownership you hold.
  • Say if it is urgent. Section 4 says what counts.
  • An email we can reply to. Please do not send Aadhaar, PAN or passport numbers.

3. Reporting from the board itself

There is no report button on this board. A listing page carries the link, the handle, the title, the thumbnail, what has been paid and the bid history, and nothing on it sends us anything. Email the Grievance Officer above: it is the only route, and it is open to anyone.

Your acknowledgement carries a reference. Keep it and quote it if you follow up.

Writing to us opens a check on the listing; it does not take it down on its own. If the page a listing links to has become unsafe since it went up, say so — the outbound link can be switched off while the rest is settled, leaving the row where it is.

4. How long we take

Periods are calendar days, Indian Standard Time, counted from when your complaint reaches us. If we are going to miss one, we say so and give a new date.

  • Acknowledgement: a reference within 24 hours. This also meets what consumer law requires.
  • Urgent complaints: acted on within 24 hours. These are intimate or sexual images, morphed images of a real person, and impersonation, reported by the person affected or by somebody acting for them.
  • Taking down prohibited content: settled within 72 hours.
  • A court order, or a direction from a government authority: acted on within 36 hours.
  • Any other complaint: decided and closed within 15 days.
  • A payment or service complaint: redressed within one month. What a payment does and does not get back is in the Terms.

5. What happens next

  • We write back with the decision and the reason for it, against your reference.
  • If the complaint is upheld, the listing comes off the board and every payment toward it is refunded in full. Where only the destination is the problem, the row can stay with its outbound link switched off instead.
  • If you disagree, reply with your reference and say what we got wrong. It is looked at again, and answered within 15 days.
  • If our answer does not satisfy you, the appellate committee the Government of India has set up for complaints about online platforms takes appeals within 30 days of a Grievance Officer's decision. Writing to us first does not extend those 30 days. A consumer forum or a court stays open to you either way.
  • If the listing complained about is your own, the outcome and a support id are on the tracking link from your receipt — /status/ followed by your tracking id. The Terms say how to contest it.
  • A removed listing stops appearing and the rows below it shift up by one. That is arithmetic, not a remedy: we do not remove a listing to move anyone up, and being outranked is not a grievance.
